2、①质量资料：“新筑1—4”是新建工程，均按照工程的形象进度，及时、准确的收集材料合格证、进行材料试验、隐蔽工程检验批资料和分部分项工程资料的填写，并且及时地找现场监理工程师签字盖章，从而做到了施工资料各检验批、分部分项、隐蔽验收、材料试验的日期能够与实际施工日期相吻合，满足资料编制的要求。对每一个重点施工部位编制的有针对性的施工方案如：土方方案、地下室方案防水方案、保温方案、外架悬挑方案、标化方案、模板方案等等一系列的施工方案，及时地进行监理单位方案报审。因为工程资料是真实反映工程项目施工的结果，资料就是在工程建设过程中构成各种形式的信息记录，仅有和现场施工管理人员全力配合才能完成并做好这项工作。负责施工资料的治理工作，并对施工资料进行收集、整理、归档。施工资料是工程建设过程中，施工单位进行施工的真实记录，是一项系统工程。它牵涉到监理单位、建设单位、设计单位等工程参建单位的实质性工作，使施工工作科学化、规范化的标志。编制项目部会议记录，项目部质量、安全月报表，月报表是项目部在一个月内对工程进展和施工工作的评价，也是各有关部门检查、评定项目部工作的重要依据。所以做好这项工作很重要。

（一）墙体砌筑质量要求：砖缝必须横平、竖直、错缝搭接、避免通缝、同时砖缝砂浆必须饱满，薄厚均匀。
墙体施工应注意的事项：
1、在与剪力墙接触处，应用预留的拉结筋与砌筑的墙体搭接，使用拉结筋的目的在于提高墙体的整体性。
2、对墙体的细部构造，在设门窗过梁时，当上部荷载过大时须加设钢筋的应设钢筋，以提高承载能力。
内墙抹灰：一般的施工工序，基层处理—做烩饼、冲筋—抹底层灰——抹中层灰—罩面灰。
（二）材料选用：
1、水泥选用32.5普通硅酸盐水泥。
2、砂选用中砂，过5mm孔径的筛子，期内不得包含树根等有机物质。

（三）墙体的抹灰由底层、中层和饰面层组成：
1、抹底层砂浆：先抹薄薄一层底子灰，之后分层装档、找平，再用大杠水平刮找一下，再用木抹子搓毛，然后全面检查底子灰是否平整，阴阳角是否方正，阴角交接处、墙与顶板交接处是否光滑平整，并有靠尺检查墙面垂直平整情景。抹灰面接茬应顺平，地面砂灰应及时清理干净。一般应从上而下进行。
2、在摸中层灰时等底层灰7~8成干时摸中层灰。操作时应按自上而下，从左到右的顺序进行。
3、抹面层灰应等中层7~8成干时抹罩面灰，先在中层灰上洒水，然后将面层砂浆分布均匀的涂抹上去，一般应按自上而下，从左到右的顺序进行，抹满后应用铁抹子压实压光。
