　　简短，有趣，有料的自我介绍是你给别人留下的第一印象。今天干脆来谈谈如何出色地完成一分钟的英文自我介绍。

　　其实英文自我介绍是个很灵活的东西，无论目的和语境怎么变，重要的是具备同理心，思考一番聆听的对方想要听什么。

　　现在设身处地为对方想想。

　　首先，这么短的时间，注定对方的耐心和注意力是非常非常有限的，你必须把有点“商业客套”但不得不说的话快点结束掉（如“it is my pleasure to come here….”），然后开始介绍自己的基本信息，之后有选择地挑出和对方相关以及对方大概率会感兴趣的地方展开介绍，整个过程也最好要清晰具体(specific)，不要让对方觉得要费神去思考你说的是什么意思。

　　所以站在一个“只给你1分钟让我理解为什么要对你有兴趣”的人的角度想，他们希望听到的是：简洁、相关、清晰、具体，最好还要有点意思。

　　对于自己来说，1分钟时间做自我介绍，无论是在考试中还是生活中，自然都不是为了全方位了解你的目的，而是要抛出自己最大的几个亮点，并把亮点说清楚即可，千万不要多～同时，说清楚自己的亮点。

　　那么如何还要有点意思？

　　故事、私人、自嘲

　　人类都有“对他人隐私的好奇心”这一奇妙的需求，并且喜欢听故事。

　　作为介绍者，最好能举出一些自己珍藏的故事，最好带有一些与面试官相关的、私人的信息（当然是在不对个人隐私和形象造成自己不愿意造成的影响下）。

　　而自嘲作为一种幽默的技巧，可以在拉近人与人间的距离，同时也显示出自己的气度和自信，因为敢于直视自己缺点的人通常才是最有一定自信的。当然在一种情况下，不建议自嘲，短期竞争的.目的性很强的场合，如公司面试等。

　　口语考试不算在此范畴，虽然考官不会因为你唱歌跑调给你低分，但也不建议一开始莫名其妙地就说自己哪里哪里不行，起码在之前需要说一些自己的亮点来对冲一下。

　　一般来说，较为优秀的英文自我介绍都遵守以下原则：

　　1.要点不求泛，3个最多，说得清楚深入，线性逻辑强

　　2.尽可能多地和面试目的相关

　　3.好能有私人、故事性的信息：故事、私人、自嘲

　　一般来说，一个基本的英文自我介绍包括：个人基本信息+和面试/谈话/展示相关的信息。也许很多人希望自己的自我介绍能够有令人意想不到的亮点，不过在我看来，在大多数情况下，除非你的目的是去娱乐选秀节目应聘或是海选，在正式的场合，包括口语考试、公司社团面试，以及偏正式的场合，如学习小组同学见面、夏校课程开课第一天等，逻辑清晰要点明确胜过追求戏剧性效果，而且这对本人综合实力要求还是很高的，因此除非对自己英文水平特别有自信，否则不建议轻易尝试戏剧化效果。

　　至于开头需不需要说outline (In the next 1 minute or so I will first….then I will…)我个人觉得1分钟的自我介绍时间紧张，而且自我介绍不是做academic presentation，列outline感觉很奇怪，所以不建议大家做。

　　至于如何做到“线性逻辑性强”，我推荐两种顺序：一种是线性的，从A引到B，再从B引到C，一种是发散性到，围绕着A，织网一样列出衍生的BCD等。第一种更加好懂，也容易掌握；第二种需要逻辑思维能力够强，准备充分了，掌握起来也不难。

　　个人基本信息包含：中英文名+家乡+爱好+优点….

　　于是很多同学开口就是: Hi guys, I am XXX and I am from XXX, XXX Province. I like to read andtravel a lot….

　　显然大家都会觉得这样的基本信息问题不大，但听完之后印象不深，原因就在于缺少细节。那么细节如何加入？这自然要看语境是什么。

　　比如我看到一位小伙伴来自嘉兴，接下来我用公司面试的语境来说明如何进行细节加入：

　　具体如何联系常识、承上启下目前没有定论，大家可以充分发挥自己的主观能动性，将这些基本信息bring into life。

　　这个部分在1分钟的自我介绍中控制在10-15秒之间即可。

　　与场合语境相关的信息

　　这个部分是大家需要精心准备的，将内容深度和广度控制好。那如何在这个部分善用故事、私人、自嘲和冷笑话？首先你需要铺垫好自己的一些积极、优势的特点，接着再接上上述的其中一个，故事因人而异，在这里示范一下私人和自嘲的用法：
